EXPERIENCE
Mark is based out of our Washington State office and brings over 30 years of experience in the management of agricultural assets and direct operations of permanent crops within the Pacific Northwest. He has served as Vice President of Orchard and Grower Operations on 3,800 acres of apples, cherries, and pears for Legacy Fruit and as the Chief of Orchard Operations at Allan Brothers. His property management background includes public school trust lands along with those of institutional investors. During his career, Mark has developed over 2,000 acres of orchard and understands the crucial factors needed for their successful execution including: rootstock and varietal selection, irrigation and trellis systems, labor management, and the adoption of innovative technologies.
